Story so far
The All-Seeing Spleen is the saferoom Carl and Princess Donut reach in the 'Soulless Prophet' bubble after the Emberus rampage — a standard-looking pub down a short ladder through a round trapdoor in the rocky ground, run by the ragged cyclops Xander. Its supplies wiped out (only Jimbo soup and crackers remain), it nonetheless persists as saferooms do through the world's devastation, and its personal-space door lets Carl regroup, plan the mass bubble evacuation, and stage the stairwell 'cookie sheet' just outside for a quick exit.
Appearance
A standard underground pub-style saferoom reached by a ladder through a trapdoor, its shelves bare of everything but canned soup and crackers.
