Marketplace Interface

The Marketplace · Store interface

The party's new eBay-like buy/sell interface, run under Donut's charisma-boosted account — and how the factions arm their armies.

Story so far

The Marketplace Interface is an upgrade Mordecai installs against the safe-room wall, an eBay-like store for buying basic potions/scrolls and selling loot, registered to Princess Donut so her Charisma inflates prices. It won't fully open until the sixth floor, when tourists and factions flood it — meaning the party will profit by selling magical gear that the very armies they'll fight (through the eighth floor) use to equip themselves; the ninth-floor factions of Larracos, by contrast, must buy from physical NPC stores. Donut hates that it won't let her haggle and lowballs her souvenir hats at one gold each.

Appearance

A wall-mounted screen interface with an AI storekeeper.

The party's commerce system and a window into how the dungeon's faction armies are outfitted.
