Judge Lucian is the hydra's blue-haired keymaster head, using anti-magic breath and a control-heavy card deck against Donut.
The elderly cat-show judge has blue hair and pink-rimmed glasses. His head alone holds the cards and is bound as the official keymaster.
Lucian begins by exhaling a smoke ring that deshrouds Carl and Donut and detonates their staged invisibility potions. He cripples Jola, summons Alpha Male Carl and King Croissant, steals Worm Fulcrum with Snatched, and repeatedly attempts to counter Shi Maria.
Donut steals one protection card from him, uses it to shield Shi Maria, and Force Discards his next play. Both controllers temporarily reach empty hands while the persistent stolen-staff card still occupies Donut's slot.
Lucian continues drawing and uses the stolen staff to create three Monobrow Sam heads. They mortally wound Shi Maria, but she destroys the staff and copies. Lucian becomes unconscious as the burning body fails and dies beside Tami-Lynn.

Lucian is the card-combat brain and anti-magic head whose defenses delay Donut's strongest summon.
