Teleport Anchor Automatons

Story so far

Carl attaches anchor halves of three two-part teleport traps to flat-topped spider automatons. Donut attaches a separate lower-level teleport trap to a red-painted automaton through Automaton Pilot.

All four robots fit inside Samantha without immediate acid damage. She flies fifteen kilometers toward the Capitol and expels the first group across the street. Carl's armed trigger halves then recognize the remote anchors and can send him to their positions.

A fourth anchor remains inside Samantha for a later route, while Carl retains its matching trigger in inventory.

Appearance

Small metal spider robots with paired glowing teleport plates fixed to their flat backs.

Role

The automatons transform traps that normally require fixed placement into remotely deliverable travel endpoints.
