Story so far

Carl inventories Goff's sealed shelter container before the speech begins but never opens it. Orren identifies a multitude of Valtay enhancement pills and later distinguishes a communicator, weapon, shield, clothing, and other contents.

Orren says already installed enhancements would be valid, but the unconsumed pills create unfair enrichment and the communicator is forbidden found loot. Quasar argues all contents were legally placed and collected. Carl ultimately trades the entire unopened bin away without examining its item list.

Appearance

A battered plastic shelter tub whose mundane clothes conceal pills, a compact communicator, weapon, and shield.

Role

The bin is the material half of the Residual operation and the focus of the post-extraction legal dispute.
