Death of Sister Ines

Death of the Reaper of Havana

Louis kills the unconscious Sister Ines to spare the others another player-killer skull, triggering Ysalte's immediate revenge.

Story so far

Ines charges the deckmasters while glowing and screaming, but Carl's Nighty-Night wand drops her instantly. The ease of the takedown leaves the group suspicious, though the combat notification remains active.

Louis volunteers to kill her because he already carries five player-killer skulls and wants to keep the others from receiving their first. He apologizes and drives a dagger into her chest.

The Reaper of Havana dies. A divine marked-for-death spiral appears over Louis, music begins, and the system announces that her celestial patron Ysalte has entered the realm seeking revenge.

Appearance

An unconscious nun at the deckmasters' feet as a dagger falls and a divine spiral forms over Louis.

Role

The death removes Amayon's controller but summons a far more dangerous divine enemy.
