Story so far
Noflex produces a device Carl immediately recognizes as a hobgoblin pus detonator and starts a ten-second countdown. She uses the threat to underline that rejected NPC demands will bring more attacks.
Noflex escapes before detonation by shifting into a translucent bat. The resulting small but extremely loud blast affects only Voting Admin Cell Mass Number Three, showering the council projection with green material and cutting its feed to black.

A crude organic hobgoblin trigger with a glowing ten-second timer and swollen explosive capsule.
Role
The detonator gives Noflex leverage and demonstrates that remote meeting locations are physically vulnerable.
