A settlement-leadership necklace that pays Carl tax stipends and grants stat and skill gems for each town he controls.
Story so far
Carl finds this necklace in a Platinum Tyrant's Box, a reward from his stint as a town magistrate on the previous floor. The second-smallest of the "chains of leadership," it grants a permanent ten-day tax stipend for each controlled settlement whose gem survives a level's collapse, plus stat and skill bonuses per gem. Its single Poor Sapphire (a medium Skyfowl settlement) gives +5 Dexterity and the Talon Strike skill and pays 432 gold every ten days.
Wearing it also finally makes NPCs recognize Carl as a town's leader.
Appearance
A simple silver-colored chain with a quarter-sized charm holding a tiny yellow jewel; heavier against the skin than it should be.
Role
Leadership item granting income, stat gems, and the Talon Strike skill.
