character

Daniel Bautista

Bautista · Daniel

Carl's tiger-man lieutenant, caught between the swarm and mantaur bosses, unable to reach any safe station.

Story so far

When the floor self-destructs, Daniel Bautista's crew is trapped in the worst place. Locked out of the overrun station 72 (both Krakaren monsters and ghouls pouring in), they fall back down the line only to be blocked at the employee station 60 by a platoon of mantaur neighborhood bosses — each 'super strong,' one wielding a captured alarm trap blasting a looping heavy-metal song that buffs the herd and makes everyone's ears bleed. Stuck between the two forces with nowhere to go, Bautista reports the dire situation to Carl as similar panicked messages flood in from other stranded groups across the collapsing floor.

Appearance

A solid hairy orange tiger-man in worn, battle-scuffed crawler gear with a glowing orange sword, watchful and weary.

Role

Carl's field lieutenant, pinned between the swarm and the mantaur bosses during the collapse.
