character

Grull

the war god · Grull-Maestro · the God of War

The invulnerable war god of war, driven by Prince Maestro — a four-story bull-centaur who razes a trainyard hunting Carl, then is banished back to the abyss.

Story so far

Force-summoned into a mantaur vessel, Grull manifests fully in trainyard E: a black-skinned, over-muscled bull-headed centaur with a golden nose-ring, wielding a jetliner-sized double-headed axe of living oak and molten metal, its front standing four stories tall — and even so, only a miniature of his true form. Revealed as the level-250 son of Taranis and Apito, a trueborn heir to the Celestial Ascendency, he is sponsored and piloted by the resurrected Prince Maestro (whose sneer he wears). Invulnerable on this floor, he cleaves the Mimic Rex in half like nothing, hunts Carl as 'Piglet' with earthquake axe-blows and a melting heat-breath, and gloats that Earth will be forgotten.

He's tricked away by Katia Grim's decoy and harried by Elle McGib, then, when Carl beats a second mantaur torso into re-summoning him, is dumped through the portal into the abyss one second before manifesting — whiffing away into a smoke outline. Un-killed, only banished.

Appearance
