Story so far
The seventh-floor replacement was not expected to be designed by the time crawlers arrived. Borant credits the Valtay Corporation with providing both the money and technical assistance required to finish The Great Race.
The partnership is publicly announced alongside the warning that early descenders will enter the new engineering scenario at a disadvantage.
