The 20th Edition cookbook annotator who mapped the Hunting Grounds' constants and warned against trusting older editions.
Crawler Forkith wrote the note opening the chapter, contributed to the 20th Edition of the Cookbook. Comparing his own observations against earlier crawlers' accounts, he concluded that the floor's monsters change between iterations even though the guides claim it is always the same — Crawler Herot wrote of tall creatures bellowing into the sky each night, Azin of kite birds overhead, Crawler Ikicha of ice and cold. None of those were present in his run.
What Forkith found constant was the jungle, the map itself, and the political landscape: one named metropolis in the north over a low-level training valley, a high elf city in the deep southeast, and a bridged river between. He documented the hunters' seizure of the named city under the title Grand, and left three blunt warnings — stay away from the elves, stay out of the water because of the Naiads, and stay out of the big city, where the guards attack on sight.
The prior crawler whose cookbook annotations brief the reader on the sixth floor's layout and politics.
