Large red-skinned humanoids who abandoned their stake in faction wars after Carl annihilated their entire army.
Story so far
Orren tells Carl that The Dreadnoughts have up and abandoned their stake in faction wars because he wiped out the entirety of their army. The war chief's wife was stung by one of the pain amplifier jellyfish and the chief had to kill her himself to stop the pain; she is now recovering in a sedative yacht. Their vacated slot cannot be filled, because nobody else can field an army.
Carl knows them as large, humanoid creatures with red skin who rarely did well in faction wars because their preferred method of fighting was to simply hit everything in front of them, tactics and magic be damned. His only comment on their withdrawal is "Good. That was pretty much the plan. To fuck up all the armies."
