Story so far

Reading the cookbook taught Carl to recognize Quasar's kind: a Nullian, a race similar to the much-taller Forsoothed but standing only about four and a half feet. Quasar calls the Forsoothed the nulls' "soother big brothers."

Where the Forsoothed speak in a halting cadence, the nulls talk in a gritty rapid-fire New York accent that Carl finds even more unnerving than the soothing version.

Appearance

Tall gray aliens of the same broad type as the Null, with a distinctive halting manner of speech.

Role

Kindred species to the Null, used as Carl's point of comparison.

Relationships

Nullian — Their smaller sibling race.
