Forsoothed
Soothers
The glowing, big-eyed 'gray alien' race of Earth lore — some are oddsmakers who sampled humanity for the crawl.
Story so far
The Forsoothed (called Soothers) are the race behind Earth's classic 'gray alien' imagery — thin, glowing, big-black-eyed humanoids. Per their member Evo, oddsmakers among them illegally visited Earth to sample human stock for crawl predictions, seeding the human likeness in Earth's media. They distinguish themselves from the crueler 'Null' (the Grays), whom Evo blames for the abduction-and-probe stories.
Appearance
Thin, hairless, glowing white humanoids with oversized black eyes, a bony head-ridge, and three fingers per hand; drift as if weightless.
Role
The 'gray alien' race, some of whom foretell crawl outcomes.
