Story so far

Carl earned this achievement for using an artifact of Divine Suffering for the first time — the Ring of Divine Suffering he tested on the drunk hunter in Zockau. Its text hoped there were no unintended and unadvertised side effects of using such a powerful and evil magical item, then added: don't mind that tingle at the back of your mind, it's probably nothing.

The reward was a Gold Junkie's Box. Carl found the whole thing worrying, though he didn't feel any different. Mordecai had already sent word through Princess Donut that the ring is addictive.
