Story so far
Lukas is admitted to Operation Fifty of the World Order when designated successor to eighteen's leadership. Bernard Holland says the operation requires a homogeneous population and would be pointless if outsiders survived. In an earlier shift, Marcus Dent was also admitted after assessment.
The account of Lukas's initiation confirms that he passes and is admitted as Lukas Kyle.
