Story so far
Eren heads Ops from the psychologist’s desk and previously served two shifts as a communications officer. Well into his current six-month shift, he has a wife in deep freeze whom he visits at the start of each rotation. When an escaped cleaner threatened the established order, he proposed pursuit or shutting down silo eighteen and predicted violence there. He obtained records about the lost neighboring silo and pressed Bernard Holland to appoint a second.
Eren helped Donald prepare Lukas for initiation, advising him to offer congratulations before provoking an emotional reaction. He then welcomed Lukas into Operation Fifty of the World Order. Now already at work when Donald checks in, Eren expresses relief that eighteen’s shadow is working out. He remembers the difficulty of losing a head between shadows and finding a replacement, though he is uncertain which shift it happened on.
His warning about drone range remains pertinent to Donald’s investigation: Eren has said the outside air is bad for the aircraft.
