Story so far
Ratthi helps design and perform Murderbot’s scan-free repair, removing projectiles and rebuilding organic tissue with Thiago, Kaede, and an isolated medical kit. He makes certain the SecUnit sees ART’s security record of the retrieval, refusing to let its own overwhelm hide the fact that humans and constructs cooperated to save it.
When the university crew recognizes Murderbot from the GrayCris news, Ratthi reveals that he was one of the unidentified conspirators blamed for the TranRollinHyfa property damage. The exchange gives both allied groups secrets to keep and helps establish mutual confidence.
Ratthi advocates helping Three adjust and earlier promises to report the freed SecUnit dead rather than return it to Barish-Estranza. After Preservation arrives, he remains with Arada and Overse in ART’s spare bunkroom while the colony’s legal and medical future is negotiated.
