Barish Estranza

Barish-Estranza · Barish-Estranza corporation · corporate reclamation expedition · B-E · Barish-Estranza Exploration Services

Barish-Estranza recovers four surviving employees and repairs nearby while its reclamation claim faces a new Preservation-university alliance.

Story so far

Barish-Estranza reconstructs Adamantine’s coordinates and enters the system intending to claim the lost colony. Its explorer is captured and destroyed, its supply transport crippled, and many employees killed or implanted by Target Control. Four explorer survivors eventually escape with Three and undergo quarantine aboard ART.

After three cycles without detected contamination, the employees return by shuttle to Supervisor Leonide’s supply transport. ART’s people conceal Three’s survival rather than return a free SecUnit to corporate ownership. The supply ship continues repairs within range, partly for mutual security and partly to ensure the university group does not take the planet unopposed.

Barish-Estranza sends a message buoy for corporate reinforcement. Alien contamination complicates the university’s original legal challenge but also exposes a disaster the corporation cannot safely treat as ordinary salvage. Preservation arrives first with Pin-Lee, whose Corporation Rim contract expertise strengthens the alliance preparing to dispute Barish-Estranza’s ownership claim.

Appearance

The corporation is represented by red-and-brown uniforms, hereditary contracts, a crippled tubular supply transport, a destroyed explorer, proprietary SecUnits, and encrypted reclamation documents.

Role

Barish-Estranza remains the corporate claimant and looming legal adversary after the military crisis ends. Its arrival order and ownership system continue threatening the colonists and Three.
