Marco Inaros

Marco

Now commanding a stolen Martian corvette, Marco casts mass violence as Belter survival and begins an attack meant to remake the system.

Story so far

Marco Inaros receives Naomi Nagata aboard the Pella as a prisoner but reframes her abduction as protection and family reunion. His speech has been polished for power, yet its core is unchanged: Ring colonization will leave Belters behind, so fear and force are the only ways to compel the Inner planets to remember them.

A nearby pinnace spots the concealed force around Hungaria. Marco orders it attacked, expands the assault to the Martian prime minister's ship, and allows a separate trigger to make impact. He tells Naomi that this is the beginning of a new order in which Belters will no longer be ignored. His exact larger plan remains hidden, but he now commands stolen Martian military assets and is initiating attacks on an unprecedented scale.

Appearance

A mature Belter man with rich deep-toned skin, a slightly thickened face, softened jaw, delicate hands, and a beautiful, composed presence; he wears an uninsigniaed uniform-like outfit on a Martian corvette.

Role

Marco is the leader of a hidden militant force turning stolen Martian power and Belter grievance into open violence.
