An older Belter whose familiar growl helps mask a militant raid on the Callisto shipyards.
Cyn provides the voice of the freighter *Frank Aiken* during Filip Inaros's assault on the Callisto shipyards. He chats casually with Martian traffic control while the ship's ranging lasers and the raiders' devices help set the attack in motion.
Only his part in this operation is yet clear, but Filip recognizes him at once and hears warmth and amusement in his voice even during the deception.
An older Belter heard over comms; the chapter gives no physical description.
Cyn is a trusted participant in Filip's Callisto operation, handling the freighter's communications cover.
