Story so far

Mao-Kwikowski Mercantile began as a legal firm involved in the failed Venusian cloud cities and parlayed lawsuit money into interplanetary transport. Its wealth and status are sufficient to purchase private services from Star Helix Security. The company founders, Ariadne and Jules-Pierre Mao, seek the return of their daughter Julie Mao after her involvement with an activist group.

Appearance

Maokwik maintains an independent corporate station floating between the Belt and inner planets, described as having the regal presence of an old ocean liner.

Role

The corporation supplies the money and influence behind Miller's assignment.
