Operation Fifty of the World Order is the organization into which silo leadership candidates are admitted after assessment.
Story so far
Lukas was admitted when designated successor to Silo Eighteen’s leadership after his initiation. Marcus Dent was likewise admitted following assessment. Bernard Holland said the operation required a homogeneous population and would be pointless if outsiders survived; that explanation is Bernard’s account of its purpose.
Lukas now identifies Silo Eighteen as part of World Order Operation Fifty.
