Story so far
Ink Marauder is Tsarina Signet's summoning spell, identified by Mordecai. The caster draws monsters on paper (or tattoos them on their own flesh), then a blood sacrifice animates the drawings into the Blood and Ink Elementals. Tattooed onto the body, the caster's own blood keeps the minions alive on their skin until a sacrifice frees them into 2D form.
The size and number of Signet's minions imply her skill exceeds level 15. It is long rumored that certain sacrifices can produce fully three-dimensional, complete renditions of the monsters — a power Mordecai doubts the producers would let Signet unleash so early in Vengeance of the Daughter.
