Story so far
The Razor Fox Kite City was the first of four choices to populate the second selection wheel once the Air Quadrant was locked in. Princess Donut openly hoped for it, doing a little hop as she approached the wheel and declaring that it would be fun to kill foxes.
The wheel did not oblige, stopping instead on the Dirigible Gnome Wasteland Fortress. The kite city goes unvisited, leaving only its name to suggest a settlement of Razor Fox borne aloft on kites somewhere in the fifth floor's skies.
Appearance
Named only, implying a city of kites suspended in the air and inhabited by razor foxes.
Role
An unchosen fifth-floor opponent location, and Donut's preferred draw.
