The Belly Rubbed Pug

The Belly-Rubbed Pug

A renaissance-fair-style saferoom tavern where the party takes refuge from the circus mobs.

Story so far

The Belly-Rubbed Pug is a saferoom tavern in the Over City Ruins, tucked at the dead end of a labyrinthine alley about fifty meters from the main street, marked by a sign of a top-hatted, suited pug. Unlike the free saferooms of earlier floors, its five sleeping rooms and food now cost coin (ten gold a night — trivial to the party's near-ten-thousand-gold purse). Carl, Princess Donut, and Mongo fled here from the Grimaldi's Traveling Circus mobs; the Bopca protector Gordo tends the bar.

Mordecai drunkenly teleported in with his pants down, vomited, and passed out.

Appearance

A renaissance-fair-style pub with three television screens and a counter, five rentable sleeping rooms; a hanging sign depicts a pug in a top hat and suit.

Role

An early saferoom refuge on floor three.

Relationships

Gordo — The Bopca protector who runs its bar.
Carl — Sheltered here with the party after fighting through the circus mobs.
