Iron Punch

the punch

Carl breaks a boss's arm like a heavy branch, stamps through the bones of its hand, and punches until the timer blinks.

Story so far

With the ManTauR dazed and dying but not dead, Carl steps in and does the work by hand, because the summoning needs the creature alive right up to the edge. He punches the unmangled arm and feels it break like a heavy branch — 1.5 — then jabs down with his foot onto the back of the metal blades coming out of the creature's hand, splintering more bone out through the skin, then leans in and punches again, and again, until the notification over its head finally starts to blink. It is deliberate, measured brutality, and it is the moment Grull's ten-second timer appears.

Role

Carl's melee attack, used here as a precision instrument for keeping a boss alive at the brink.
