One crawler's light spell is the only reason anyone saw the strangest stairwell on the floor.
The recap of Dungeon Crawler World showed a group who had found a stairwell that was not on the early map. The footage came from a dark, dripping cave lit only by the Torch spell of one of the crawlers — a small, mundane utility cast that happened to be the only illumination on a discovery Carl immediately recognised.
What it lit was a single stairwell that ran both up and down, only the portion below the ground glowing, the rest corkscrewing upward into the dark. It was on screen for a moment, not long enough to investigate, and Carl concluded they were looking at Station 433 with the Station Mimic gone.
A single spell-lit sphere of yellow light in a dripping cave, catching the edges of a stairway.
A basic light spell, credited here for being the camera's only lamp on the floor's biggest revelation.
