Ricky Joe is a level-2 juvenile Fathom Dwarf, one of Eunice's ~fifteen children, who was tormenting a salamander ('Benjamin') on a stick to mock the city elves. Mongo swallowed the salamander whole; when the grief-stricken boy punched Mongo in the face, the raptor bit off his arm below the elbow. Princess-Donut's 'hold' command spared his life, and Carl scooped him up and healed him during the 'Mic Drop' escape — though his arm didn't grow back, and Mongo grudgingly coughed the arm back up on demand.
