Story so far
Talon Strike is the skill granted by the Skyfowl-Settlement gem on Carl's Necklace of the Haute Bourgeoisie. It turns the side of Carl's bare foot into a fast slashing weapon, multiplying kicking damage by the skill's level for that many seconds, with a 5-minute cooldown and a 2% chance per kick to cast the instakill spell Eviscerate. It costs nothing to activate — a welcome damage boost for the close-quarters train floor — and at level 15 becomes permanently active.
It pairs naturally with Carl's already-formidable, always-barefoot fighting style.
