The shared civic broadcast becomes Bull's exile headquarters, shutdown network, and deliberate target for drawing Ashford's guns away from engineering.
Radio Free Slow Zone occupies former colonial administrative offices inside the Behemoth drum. A pried-up green plastic sheet forms the studio background; improvised lights cling to available surfaces; old cubicle walls provide cover solid enough to stop many slug-thrower rounds. Monica, Okju, and Clip take the channel dark when fighting begins rather than broadcast rumors.
Bull converts the site into a security station in exile. Corin's armed survivors will reinforce it while Monica Stuart reports Ashford's seizure and presents legitimate security as preparing an extraction. The channel must also persuade every ship to shut down reactors, internal grids, and all removable batteries so Miller can release the lockdown and perhaps spare Sol from retaliation. Anna's congregation can supply trusted voices from nearly every vessel.
The location is intentionally exposed. Bull expects Ashford's pride and need for narrative control to send loyalists against the broadcast. Every gun attacking the studio will be one fewer defending command or engineering. The program therefore becomes information system, intership coordination network, fortification, and tactical decoy at once.
The studio consists of a formed green plastic backdrop, jerry-rigged lights, compact cameras, terminals, and old colonial cubicles whose half walls can serve as ballistic cover.
Radio Free Slow Zone is the resistance's public and tactical center, coordinating peaceful shutdown while inviting the attack meant to make the engineering assault possible.
