Cerisier

the Cerisier

The Cerisier rotates from sabotage repair into emergency staffing, losing Melba to the Prince while finally shedding the murdered body hidden in her cabin.

Story so far

The Cerisier's team joins emergency repair work aboard the Seung Un after the very sabotage its false chief planted. During free moments Clarissa Mao watches the surrounding fleets attempt to kill James Holden, then collapses into panic when he survives inside The Ring.

Danis General Contracting invokes emergency clauses requiring one volunteer from each functional team for the Thomas Prince. Clarissa takes the place Soledad fears, then uses her three-hour departure window to dissolve Ren's sealant tomb, clean the locker, and remove his remains in a tool case. She leaves without saying goodbye to Soledad, Stanni, or Bob. The ship's search scene and hidden corpse depart with her, though the team still believes Ren missing.

Appearance

The Cerisier remains a cramped support vessel whose narrow corridors, small cabins, loading bays, and maintenance rotations contrast with the larger Prince. Melba's cleaned locker no longer visibly contains a body.

Role

The Cerisier is the compromised maintenance base Clarissa leaves behind once corporate mobilization gives her legal passage deeper into the crisis.
