Bruna

Story so far

Bruna is the biological mount of Team Flamengo for the tenth floor — a Slaughter Gnu, a six-legged beast that looks like a wildebeest crossed with a triceratops, throwing sparks with each armored step and wearing a spiked, enchantment-glowing double saddle. Because she is a designated floor mount, she is protected from most spells that would normally affect mounts. Slaughter Gnus are remarkably hardy, deceptively quick, and can scale vertical surfaces 'with the alacrity of a horny mountain goat,' with especially tough hide that makes them ideal for this floor's terrain.

Historically they were war mounts of the Scads (or 'Rascals'), a rare orc-goblin race that nuked their own postapocalyptic world before being absorbed by the Syndicate. Osvaldo rides Bruna behind the driver Filipe L into Carl's Heat Four.
