Story so far
Temporary Macaroni is a spell Princess Donut gains from her 'A Banquet Fit for a Princess' memorial book — the associated spell of the fallen Pastamancer crawler Luca Di, who thanked her for saving him and his mother. It conjures an enormous chunk of pasta; cast at level 14 (enhanced to 15) Donut can choose its size, shape, direction, and type, and chain it for just ten mana a cast. In Heat Three she uses it to save the party from the raining Sugar Hermits: she chains fifteen-foot tubes of dried cannelloni into a foot-thick pasta tunnel over the road, strong enough to block skulls falling from above and bursting up from below, though the gaps between tubes still let some through.
A gloriously absurd defensive spell born of a dead fan's love.
