A crawler isopod summoner nicknamed 'the decapitator,' now racing a fire truck and feared as a conspirator.
Sammi Harrison is a crawler and isopod summoner who was instrumental in keeping the FUPA safe during Faction Wars, earning the grim nickname 'the decapitator' for reasons Carl doesn't yet know. On the racing floor she drives a fire truck and is among the crawler teams sharing Zhang's heat — teams Zhang fears are conspiring against him. She is mentioned only secondhand through the party's chatter, one of the surviving crawlers whose paths may soon cross the party's as the heats increasingly pit crawler against crawler.
