Story so far

Nova Client Services, LTD. surfaces through its flayed vice president, Cerni Pinta, tortured in Club Scolopendra. Per her dungeon file, the agency is a notorious medical-debt collections operation whose primary client is the Viceroy system; it specializes in 'implant reclamation and indenture captures' for delinquent medical accounts — repossessing cybernetics and seizing debtors into indenture. A small but pointed glimpse of the exploitative corporate underworld of the wider galaxy the crawlers are fighting against, and a fitting resident of the sadistic resort lodged inside Scolopendra.

A corporate collections agency — no physical form; represented by its executives and their grim trade.
