The Bleak Congregation is a racing team led by the Minister of Blood-Letting, a level 98 Dark Ghoul Papist. Menacing and satanic in appearance, their dread is undercut by their vehicle: a giant hot-dog truck, the Wienermobile, as Elle wryly notes. They share the party's upcoming heat, making them a team the crawlers may have to race — and kill.
