A tiny, buff, Danish 'reverse tooth fairy' — Imani's Legendary card summon, made permanently real by Eris's chaos.
Jacobus, the Reverse Tooth Fairy, is a level-90 fairy — formerly Imani's Legendary card summon from the eighth floor, a fast, foul-spelled terror on the Faction Wars battlefield whose one weakness was a very short summon time. When Eris entered the realm and Carl's Scavenger's Daughter patch made a random nearby effect permanent, Jacobus was permanently activated: he can no longer be stored as a card. A fist-sized, ridiculously buff humanoid with flowing blond hair, buzzing invisible wings, and only a white loincloth, he speaks in a deep, accented Danish voice.
Where a normal Tandfeen buys children's lost teeth, Jacobus is the reverse — he demands to see your teeth and payment ('Betal mig trehundrede og tyve guld'), implying he installs or extracts them by force. Imani physically restrains him from menacing Prepotente and the others, stuck now with a permanent, unruly summon.
A fist-sized, absurdly muscular humanoid fairy with flowing blond hair, wings buzzing too fast to see, wearing only a white loincloth.
Imani's now-permanent Legendary fairy summon, a sadistic Danish 'reverse tooth fairy.'
