Achievement Carl earns for assassinating a sitting system leader, named for the man who sparked the First World War.
Immediately after Empress D'Nadia dies, this achievement blocks out every other notification in Carl's interface. The sponsor-voiced text explains that killing Stockade and half the Lemig Sortion council barely registered — Lemig government parts are interchangeable and will be back to gridlock by tomorrow — but D'Nadia was the last living heir of a small, powerful trading dynasty, and killing (and bankrupting) her has Syndicate probate courts girding for endless litigation.
The text goes on to coach Carl on how to cause real chaos rather than mere court battles: kill the The Dream guy, or the Viceroys, or "that Jello-looking thing" — because things get interesting when you start killing off investment bankers. It signs off by refusing to be a backseat warlord and telling Carl to keep it together long enough to stay entertaining, promising more good stuff. The reward is a Legendary 1914 Box. Donut, hearing about it, asks what the heck a Gavrilo is.
Marks Carl's first kill of a genuine system leader and flags which other warlord-tier targets his sponsor wants dead.
