Story so far
The system readout on Dumplin' lists four afflictions on the Juiced Rot Sticker Behemoths: the Gurgles, Insanity, Not Just Rabies but Eat-Your-Face-Off-Rabies, and the warning that the pet has been fed a Truck Stop Boner Pill.
Baroness Victory can account for the first three — all consequences of the banned Gurgles — but admits she is not familiar with the fourth. She suspects the truck stop pill is what made the creatures so enormous, growing them to the size of a Mini Cooper and giving them the yield of a stick of goblin dynamite.
