Teleport and Phase Ban

Teleportation Ban

Universal teleportation prohibition binding even unaffiliated crawlers like Prepotente.

Story so far

Like the Offensive Magic Ban, the ban on teleportation applied to Prepotente even though he was not enrolled in Faction Wars. Carl worked through the distinction explicitly: by not being part of Faction Wars, Prepotente escaped several rules, but he was banned from offensive magic and teleportation like everyone else.

What he was not banned from was freely crossing borders—the loophole that let him reach the naga army, and the point The Naga unsuccessfully litigated as a Foul.

Role

One of the two universal magic restrictions that bind even non-participants.

Relationships

Prepotente — Bound by it despite being unaffiliated.
Faction Wars — A universal restriction in force during the war.
Offensive Magic Ban — The parallel universal restriction.
