Theia's shrine in Club Vanquisher, historically the Blood Sultanate's private resort for the length of Faction Wars.
The Temple of Theia sits inside Club Vanquisher alongside the other fourteen light-deity shrines of the Ascendency pantheon. Because Theia carries a lot of ugly history with the Ascendency and is a poor bet to win the throne, nobody ever sponsors her, and because she isn't a standard cleric goddess, no crawler ever stumbles into her temple by accident. That obscurity made it a perfect hiding place for a warlord.
Rosetta believes Princess Vinata and her court have used it for seasons: a guard converts, opens a Prospect Congregation, pockets the court as balls of light, and delivers them here, where they are wooed and party through Faction Wars before the head priestess teleports the non-converts wherever they wish. This season the temple is off the table, because Theia has been sponsored by someone in the The Pacifist Network's employ.
The Sultanate's traditional sanctuary, closed to them this season by an accidental sponsorship.
