The reward for Carl's Holistic! achievement is a Legendary Fan Box — a fan box with the unusual restriction that it will only be voted on by viewers in the naga system rather than his usual galaxy-wide audience.
It arrives at the moment over 95 percent of the Naga Protectorate of the New Reformer is watching Carl interrogate their new sultan, meaning its eventual contents will be decided by a population Carl is simultaneously insulting on camera.
