Borno
Earth region Florin invokes as the reference point for the janky shrapnel mines slowing his advance.
Story so far
Reporting the advance of the 103rd Recon Legionnaires and 105th Scream Warriors through former Operatic Collective ground, Florin described the non-magical traps in soldier's shorthand: mostly janky, anti-personnel shrapnel mines "like the ones we'd see in Borno."
The comparison marks the whole front as familiar work to him—easy to spot, slow to clear, and dangerous mainly to the impatient.
Role
Florin's real-world benchmark for the minefields on the northern front.
