character

Quan Ch

A past enemy of Carl's, named as one of the benchmarks his throne room rage surpasses.

Story so far

Quan Ch is invoked purely as a measure. When the white rage over Empress D'Nadia burns all three of Carl's eyes, he says he'd never felt anything like it — not with Maggie My, not with Quan Ch, not sitting in that gas station with the button that would end it all.

Being on that short list places Quan Ch among the handful of people who provoked Carl's deepest prior anger, now explicitly exceeded.

Role

Prior antagonist used to gauge the scale of Carl's hatred for D'Nadia.

Relationships

Carl — A prior source of his fury, now surpassed
Maggie My — Named alongside him in the same comparison
