Story so far

Baroness Victory reports that the War Mage Rebellion should not have been able to break their own allegiance to the Skull Empire under Conscription rules, but killed Stalwart anyway by using a clever combination of Pull spells — an indirect route around a restriction that barred direct attack.

The workaround is precisely the kind of exploit that makes the subsequent Foul hearing so contentious: the system credited three Rebellion members with the kill and immediately registered them as a non-team entity.
