Walk-On List
Controversial roster mechanic that allowed Ferdinand to exist as a warlord, reigniting old debate.
Story so far
Odette mentions the walk-on list when introducing Team Retribution at the warlord council. The NPC team is led by Warlord Ferdinand—"whose existence has reignited debate about the controversial 'walk-on list'"—alongside dungeon-born NPC Juice Box.
The phrasing suggests the mechanic lets participants enter the competition outside normal selection, and that Ferdinand's presence at a warlord council table has made the galaxy argue about it all over again. It is one of two firsts Odette flags at the meeting, the other being the presence of a crawler team, the Princess Posse.
Role
The contested entry mechanic that put Ferdinand at the warlord table.
