The level-five attack spell fired by Larracos's automatic red-jeweled defense towers, ten times per second.
Story so far
City Defense Tower Number 22, the red-jeweled tower beside the Larracos College of Magic, fires a level-five Fire Lance at any target within range. With three speed enhancements applied, it will fire ten times per second once the countdown ends.
With two range enhancements on top of that, it is the reason Carl has thirteen minutes to bomb the Piccadilly Theater before the City Defense System turns on the crawlers.
