Giant Caiman

Florin's card · the giant alligator thing

Florin's twenty-five-foot summoned caiman, used as heavy construction equipment for raising fallen wall sections.

Story so far

When a giant palisade wall section falls and buries itself in the earth at The Princess Posse Base Camp, Florin summons his monster card from the previous floor: a giant caiman roughly twenty-five feet long that appears suddenly beside him, marked with the symbol of a flag. Too far away for Carl to fully examine, it slides its long snout into the dirt and easily levers the embedded wall back up while workers swarm around it heaving.

Afterward it does a happy little hop that reminds Carl of Mongo, then times out and poofs away. Under the surviving rules of the Monster Cards system, a chosen card can still be summoned once a day for twice its regular countdown, and dies only until the next day.
